We are pleased to announce that Kelly Brimhall has been appointed to the position of TriStar Division regional vice president of human resources. In this role, he will assist in leading the human resource initiatives for more than 14,700 colleagues working in the HCA TriStar Division. Kelly will partner with executive team members to achieve operational and HR goals, including recruitment and retention, leadership development, onboarding programs and culture development.
A 22-year human resources leader, 14 within HCA Healthcare, Kelly has served in increasing roles of responsibility. He served the past eight years as the Vice President of Human Resources for St. Mark’s Hospital, a 317-bed facility in Salt Lake City, Utah. Prior to joining St. Mark’s, he served as Director of human resources and activation director at Timpanogos Regional Hospital in Orem, Utah, and Lone Peak Hospital, in Draper, Utah. Throughout his career, Kelly has demonstrated the ability to analyze organizational business needs and build processes that optimize people, processes, quality and results while always pursuing a better culture.
Kelly holds a master’s in business administration from Westminster College, Salt Lake City, and a bachelor’s degree in human resource management and business administration from Utah State University, in Logan. Kelly and his wife of 22-years, Emily, are the proud parents of four boys, Cameron (19), Zachary (16), Logan (13), and Easton (8). They enjoy the outdoors and are excited to explore Tennessee.
